Classic Smash
Great burger. Unfortunately I was treated like a convict when I asked if I could buy a sticker. Lady or should I say "girl" told me I need to go get a server to get one of those. I asked if she could flag down one and she said no they are busy I need to go get one myself. I asked isn't that your job? She said looked at me like I was belittling her and said they are busy. God forbid. I said ok I guess I won't buy a sticker to advertise this business for free on my E bike. Unfortunately after this I will never even buy a burger here ever again because of the way I was treated. Horrible unbelievable treatment. I blame management for hiring untrained children. Servers are definitely not what they used to be. Definitely don't get this type of service at Two Trees or Danny's. But those are actual local businesses.
Classic Smash
I've lived here for 45 years and Rincon Brewery has the best smash burger and Caesar salad in Santa Barbara. The basic smash burger is only $12 + 50 cents for each condiment such as tomato, pickles, lettuce, or onion (grilled or raw). Their Caesar salad dressing is very tangy with lots of seasoned croutons.

Their fish and chips are delicious. I don't eat fish and chips very often. When I do, it is from Rincon Brewery. I haven't tried to search anywhere else in town that has it. The fish has a light battered coating on it. Their tartar sauce tastes original. We got our food to-go on Super Bowl Sunday, all the sauces I asked for were already included and the food was fresh and delicious.
